1. An easy method to stop binge eating is to eat smaller bites. Put in smaller morsels of food in the mouth. And chew each morsel of food thoroughly.

Try to find an activity which you like and which may take your mind off food for a while. Different people may come up with different activities. Find one which you like and whenever you want to binge eat, busy yourself in that activity instead. Soon enough, you should find it easier to avoid binge eating most of the times.
5. Healthy eating: When you can’t entirely stop your cravings, then atleast ensure that you are eating healthy foods which do not have lot of calories. This way you can avoid weight gain.
Fruits and vegetables are good substitutes to junk food. Since many people will find it difficult to completely stop binging all of a sudden, try to substitute your snacks with fruits and vegetables to diminish the unsafe effects of binging.
