If all else fails, and you need an income ASAP, you may need to look into entry-level jobs that require no previous work experience. Restaurants, and grocery stores are always an option, but if that doesn’t interest you, try looking into the industry that you’d like to eventually work in for entry-level jobs. Dancing around a company parking lot in a hot dog suit to get business may hurt your pride at first, but it may also help you to get your foot in the door and move up the chain faster than if applying from outside the company.

Try to master those skills one at a time on a daily basis. While following the charted daily routine, you must be careful not to ignore your present work. You need that income so that you can make your living and still pursue the plan to change your career.
