Most, if not all, adult diseases are caused by dehydration and acidity which can be reversed by simply drinking the correct water that will balance out the water and pH of the body.
I did not take any drugs you mentioned for my attack of gout, I only drank Hexagonal Water or Kangen Water. I did not have any nausea, vomiting, stomach ache or acid reflux that are ususally assoicated with anti gout drugs. In fact kangen water is the answer to all of those associated symptoms.
If you have not read my article before on Gout, I am attaching it below so you will have a better understanding of what this water can do to us.
This article is only an opinion of mine based on information from various authorities. It is intended for information only and not to diagnose, treat or cure and not a replacement for medical advice. Result of drinking Ionized water varies from person to person.
THE HIDDEN TRUTH ABOUT GOUT
WHAT IS THE OLD UNDERSTANDING OR PARADIGM ABOUT GOUT?
What is gout?
Gout is a kind of arthritis. It can cause an attack of sudden burning pain, stiffness, and swelling in a joint, usually a big toe. These attacks can happen over and over unless gout is treated. Over time, they can harm your joints, tendons, and other tissues. Gout is most common in men.
What causes gout?
Gout is caused by too much uric acid in the blood. When uric acid levels in the blood are too high, the uric acid may form hard crystals in your joints.
Your chances of getting gout are higher if you are overweight, drink too much alcohol, or eat too much meat and fish that are high in chemicals called purines. Some medicines, such as water pills (diuretics), can also bring on gout.
What is the treatment of Gout?
Rest the affected joint(s).
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen, naproxen, or indomethacin, Colchicine, Corticosteroids, Uricosuric agents increase elimination of uric acid by the kidneys, Allopurinol decreases production of uric acid by the body.
WHAT IS THE NEW UNDERSTANDING OR PARADIGM ABOUT GOUT?
What is the hidden truth about Gout?
Unintentional dehydration is primarily due to our misguided belief that we think we are properly hydrated because we drink soda, coffee, tea and alcohol and 6 glasses of water a day. In fact we lose more water and salt than we drink because of the dehydrating effect of coffee, tea, soda and alcohol.
Water removes acidic wastes in the body. Unintentional dehydration leads to acidosis, retention of acidic wastes in the blood including uric acids. In dehydration the body goes into ?drought management? mode to supply water first to brain, blood, kidneys and liver causing localized drought areas in the least priority areas like the distal joints of the toes and fingers.
The uric acidic blood flowing into the dehydrated joints cause irritation of the nerve endings causing joint pains.
Joint pain is a signal of the body to the brain that the joint is dehydrated and acidic. The brain responds by increasing histamine a ?drought mangement? neurotransmitter causing more blood flow and retention of fluids, swelling in the joint to allow the joint to absorb the water from the swelling, to remove the acidity and provide the water it lacks.
If the acidity and the dehydration is not stopped, inflammation and pain will increase, uric acid will continue to rise and collects in other tissues and organs. Accumulation of too much uric acids in the kidney may even lead to kidney failure.
The hidden truth about gout is that too much uric acid accumulate in the joints because of dehydration. Dehydration leads to acidosis. Dehydration and acidosis are the main cause of uric acid accumulation in the joints, swelling and pain.
WHAT IS THE HIDDEN TRUTH IN THE TREATMENT OF GOUT?
Symptomatic drugs like anti-inflammatory, analgesic, uric acid lowering drugs do not solve the true cause of Gout which is uric acidosis and dehydration.
Replenishing the water needed by the body reverses uric acidosis. This is the hidden truth about gout.
Eating alkaline-producing foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables instead of acid-producing foods, meats, processed foods will help reduce uric acidosis.
Stopping beverages that dehydrates like coffee, tea, soda and alcohol will contribute in preventing dehydration.
